Booking information:
- An email with your booking enquiry will be sent to you on receipt
- A U-Tours travel consultant will confirm to you of your booking prices and options.
- All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable, also subject to change without notice.
- Terms and Conditions as well as cancellation policies of most individual tour providers are listed on this website. Please contact us for further details regarding terms and conditions of individual tour provider.
- Individual tour providers reserve their rights to alter itinerary due to operational and safety requirements.
- EMC- Environmental Management Charge or Reef Tax applies on reef tours and is subject to change
- Fuel Levy- applies on some tours and is subject to change, introduction or removal without notice
U-Tours acts as an agent for tour provider and operator, also accepts no responsibility and without limitations for their acts and omissions or for loss, disappointments, inconvenience, shock, illness, delay, personal injury or death that may occur while under the care of each individual tour provider and operator.
You should read this document carefully and once confirmed a booking with U-Tours, you will then agreed to all conditions on this page.
Payment:
We will require full payment for any booking is made at least 7 days prior to the service being provided. Additional fees may be payable on the day of travel for some products and these fees are stated on your itinerary.
Payment can be made by any of the major credit card or direct deposit into our bank account.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation is required 72 hours prior to the travel date and usually penalty will be waived. However this is subject to the individual service provider and we reserve our right to charge 5% of service fee of the total cost of booking.
If cancellation is made by the operator due to inclement weather or whatsoever reason will entitle to a full refund of the fare price.
Process of refund is usually through your original method of payment or can be direct deposit into your nominated bank account via on-line banking.
Disable Persons:
The Operators recommend any disabled persons should seek for medical advice from their doctor before participating to any of the activities and operators accepts no liabilities for any damage or injury caused.
Pregnant Persons:
The Operators recommend any pregnant persons should seek for medical advice from their doctor before participating to any of the activities and operators accepts no liabilities for any damage or injury caused.
Medical Conditions:
Any person with medical condition is recommended to consult your doctor before participating to any of the activities and operators accepts no liabilities for any damage or injury caused.

For us to process your booking, we only need to know your name, the tour you wish to book and date of travel.
